Underground Interview With Patricia M. Goins
She began her entertainment career as a writer and author in 2003. Patricia has dabbled in just about every area of the entertainment industry. From self-publishing a total of 7 books, to acting and filmmaking, to releasing her first movie This Can’t Be Love; to recording music with Living My Best Life producer Mr. Hanky, to performing her hit song Superwoman from coast to coast, to marketing and promoting other entertainers, to hosting successful radio shows in both Atlanta and Chicago. Patricia's
indie entertainment journey has taken her all around the United States, from Miami, to NYC, to LA. Of all the different areas of the industry, she believes she found her home in the communications and broadcasting arena. She had the pleasure of interviewing celebrities, upcoming artists, and helping to break records into the industry for the last 10 years.
Patricia currently has a podcast called On The Move Unscripted that began as a radio show on The Real 1100 AM in Atlanta, Georgia. On The Move Unscripted airs live every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8-10pm EST on blogtalkradio.com/patriciagoins.
She does the show with six other cohosts. Monday’s with Comedian Brain Love from Columbus, Ohio. Tuesday’s my cohost is Mr. Stout from SkeemBeatzRadio, and Thursdays with Misty Jones, Roberta Cox, and Dushon Johnson from Columbus, Ohio, Kimberly McCants from Atlanta, Georgia, and Dr. Amarie Stormm from Durham, NC. On The Move Unscripted is rebroadcasted on several media outlets including iHeart radio.
July 2020, Patricia released three singles: Superwoman Remix, Open Doors, and Faith. All music is available for purchase in all online stores ie Amazon, itunes, Googleplay etc.
Many people constantly ask her how she was able to overcome child abuse, domestic violence, divorce, homelessness, and still be so successful in the indie entertainment industry without any formal education or training. Her favorite bible quote is usually how she likes to answer those questions: With Faith In God, Nothing Is Impossible -Luke 1:7
